Cloud save support available on Moonlighter and This War of Mine, soon to be implemented in more games
But the real question is, does the Epic store really support cloud saves? our guess is that it is in works as we speak (or as you read), as the Epic store CEO Tim Sweeny replied to a tweet and mentioned that “we have a bit more work to do before rolling it (cloud save functionality) out more widely”
Cloud saves are enabled for a couple of new games right now. We have a bit more work to do before rolling it out more widely.

arctczyn, the Epic Games rep on reddit, replied to the inquiry about cloud saves with the message that both the games support cloud saves right now and support for more games will be coming soon
What even is this cloud storage mumbo jumbo?
Cloud storage is a cloud computing model in which data is stored on remote servers accessed from the internet, or “cloud.” Some popular cloud storages you have surely used are Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud and OneDrive.
The cloud storage functionality is very useful to those rich gamers who have mulitple systems or the people who often play games on other systems as their saves can be accessed on any system due to cloud storage, wherever they are. For example, you played This War of Mine alot and are going on a vacation but you can’t take that mighty PC with you but you surely have a laptop as well (cause you’re rich enough to afford that PC duh) which you take with you and access your save file with no hassle, voila cloud save magic! Have fun surviving in the game while you relax at the vacation.
